Every work is original and unique. Prices shown are final, VAT included, and do not include shipping, which is quoted separately.
A request on the website reserves the work for 3 days. The contract is concluded on payment by bank transfer or MB WAY, confirmed by email.
A proposal with mock-up, price and timing agreed case by case. 50% on approval; 50% plus transport at the end, before shipping or on collection. The client has 7 days after receipt to return the work in perfect condition, with a refund of 100% of the amount paid, minus the cost of collection.
For catalogue works, consumers may cancel the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, under Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014. Just let us know by email; the refund is made within the legal deadline and return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Requests and sales: the legal tax retention period. Requests that did not lead to a sale: up to 2 years. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
